Founded in 1898, Northeastern University is a private research university located in the heart of Boston, and a leader in interdisciplinary research, urban engagement, and the integration of classroom learning with real-world experience. Our signature cooperative education program, one of the largest and most innovative in the world, is ranked among the best in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. We offer a comprehensive range of undergraduate and graduate programs leading to degrees through the doctorate in six undergraduate colleges, eight graduate schools, and two part-time divisions.

Providence College, located in the city of Providence, Rhode Island, is primarily an undergraduate, liberal Arts, Catholic Institution of higher education. The college was founded in 1917 under the order of the Dominican Friars and has approximately 4,000 undergraduate students and 800 graduate students. The 105 acre campus currently represents 17 foreign countries and 41 states in the USA and over 90 percent of the students reside at the school. It offers a combination of over 80 majors and minors in the areas of the liberal arts, is Division I for Athletics and is a member of the Big East and Hockey East conferences. Providence College is committed to fostering academic excellence through the sciences and humanities and prepares its students to be responsible and productive citizens who will serve in their own society.


Wheaton College is a classic, selective, private, coeducational liberal arts college. The college boasts slightly fewer than 1600 students hailing from 45 states and over 33 countries. Wheaton’s 400 acre campus is ideally located in suburban Norton, Massachusetts, 35 miles south of Boston and 20 miles north of Providence, Rhode Island. Wheaton’s rigorous academic offerings include over 40 majors, the most popular including economics, political science, English, history, psychology and biology. Other academic opportunities include internships in every professional field, community service, and study abroad. More than 125 Wheaton students have won national academic awards since 2000, including 3 Rhodes Scholars.
