On this page you will find all the necessary information to register for the tour. NESCT is happy to provide hotel accommodations (double occupancy)*, meals and ground transportation to each institution. Additionally, we will provide up to $200 for travel reimbursement. Participants may book their own travel or request that a member of the NESCT planning committee make travel arrangements for you.

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 will be required to reserve your space on the tour. This will be returned to you upon completion of the entire tour.

To reserve your place on the tour, here’s how to get started:

1. Print out and fill in your Personal Information Form and mail it, along with your check (made payable to Wheaton College), by Wednesday, September 22, 2010 to:

2. Once we have received your Personal Information Form and deposit and confirm your place on the tour, we will send you the Travel Reservation Form that you will need to book your travel to Boston. Please refer to the Travel Guidelines for more information. Space is limited, and available on a first come, first serve basis.
   

If for any reason, you need to cancel your trip, please contact Amy Cembor at Wheaton College as soon as possible. There is a wait-list for the NESCT and we want to ensure that we can provide an opportunity for those interested.

*A limited number of single rooms are available for an additional charge of $100.00 per night and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Payment will be due at check-in on Sunday, November 14.
