When can I expect a confirmation for the tour?
You will hear from us several times throughout September and October.
First, upon receipt of your Personal Information Form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Next, we will work with you to arrange your travel. Each institution will then be in touch separately during the month of October with our own welcome packet for you. Finally, a reminder email will be sent in November with any remaining details and last minute notices you might need at that time.

What should I pack?
The tour is causal. Here are just some ideas, but you should plan to pack comfortable clothes and walking shoes since you will be spending much of the time walking around the college campuses. You will want to be sure to pack appropriately for the weather, as November in New England can be very unpredictable. Be sure to visit www.weather.com to check the forecast!

Where will I be staying?
You will be staying in the beautiful and trendy Sheraton Boston Hotel located in the heart downtown Boston. This hotel will provide a comfortable and relaxing space to rest your head after a busy day of experiencing our colleges and host cities! Click here to learn more about the hotel.

What can we expect to learn from the program?
During your time with us, you will have an opportunity to discover more about three very different colleges. Each program will offer a different taste so that you get a true sense of the mission of each college, and which of your students might suit us best. Plan to learn a lot about academics, campus life and student affairs from faculty, administrators and students. Feel free to check out our institutions’ websites in advance of the tour so you can prepare questions.
